We currently deliver across Singapore.
Same-Day Delivery (Fresh & Chilled Items)
Available for fresh pasta, sauces, bakes, and chilled products.
- •Order before 2:00 PM for same-day delivery
- •Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next available delivery day
- •Same-day delivery is subject to availability and daily order volume
Next-Day Delivery (Dry Goods & Spices)
All spices, seasonings, and dry goods are delivered next working day.
Delivery Fees
- •Standard delivery: From $4.99
- •Free delivery: Automatically applied when you reach the minimum order value shown at checkout
(Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds may vary during peak periods.)
Fresh & Chilled Handling
- •Fresh items are packed in insulated, food-safe packaging
- •Products are prepared in small batches to maintain quality and food safety
- •Orders are dispatched fresh and intended for prompt receipt
Receiving Your Order
To protect the quality and safety of our food, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
- •Fresh and chilled items cannot be left unattended
- •If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may be unable to complete delivery
- •Re-delivery is subject to availability and additional charges may apply
- •Nomad is unable to take responsibility for orders delayed or compromised due to recipient unavailability
Failed Delivery / Re-Delivery
A delivery may be considered unsuccessful due to:
- •Incorrect or incomplete address
- •No recipient available
- •Failure to respond to courier contact
In such cases, re-delivery will be arranged where possible and may incur additional charges.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- •Changes or cancellations must be requested before preparation begins
- •Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
